We have two basic structures, Short Term and Annual. Both plans provide blocks of hours you can use any way you see fit. You get a reduced rate for pre-purchasing hours. The more you commit to, the lower the effective hourly rate. Should you need more hours than the plan you have chosen, the rate is only slightly more than the plan rate.

With the

Short Term Plans

, you get a block of hours you can use any way you want within a 3-month period. This is useful for getting new requirements met in a very short amount of time, such as new reports, interfaces, calculations, etc.

The

Annual Plans

 provide you with a block of hours every month that you can use to back up your production support team or satisfy new requirements.

We can also customize a plan to fit your specific needs.

Support Team Assistance

Your support team members know your implementation and do a great job at resolving issues, but wouldn't it be great to have a safety net? Someone with lots of experience they could bounce ideas off of, get tips from, or help train that new resource you just brought in? We are that company. Your team members can call us to help them work through anything from general Rules Language issues to

process design

 and best practices.
