Join the MAM Squared Support Network
What is it?
MAM Squared Consulting is offering our clients Project Support Plans and Transition Assistance Packages. To help us support these plans, we are actively pursuing the most technically adept people in the industry to join our MAM2 Support Network. As part of the Network, you will have the opportunity to help us provide ad hoc, off site support to our clients.
How does it work?
Clients will contact us requesting help with anything from simple Rules Language issues to design and architecture solutions. We will work with the client to ensure that we have the proper requirements. We will either handle the request ourselves or send out a request to a network of Independent Contractors and Consulting Companies. The request will contain a description of the issue, an expected number of hours, and an expected completion date. You just need to let us know if you are interested in the project and an expected cost to complete.
Do I qualify?
We only want the best resources so we retain the final decision on your acceptance into the network. We typically require you to have at least two projects or 1 full year of experience with Oracle Utilities/LODESTAR projects. Of course, a reference from an existing member of the MAM2 Support Network doesn't hurt either.
Will I be considered an employee of MAM Squared Consulting, LLC?
No. Members of the MAM2 Support Network are not employees of MAM Squared Consulting, LLC.Your association is as an Independent Contractor or Consulting Company subject to the terms and conditions of an Independent Contractor Agreement you will have to sign prior to becoming a member.
When will I get my first request?
There is no guarantee that you will receive a request. We send out requests based on what our clients are asking for and how your qualifications match that request.
I just finished a request, when will I be paid?
Because we are responsible for client delivery and training, we must ensure that your delivery is complete, accurate, and meets the objective of the request. Once your completed deliverable is received, we will review and test your solution and documentation. Once any issues are resolved and we have accepted your solution, we will issue payment along with a statement. The time it takes to process a deliverable varies but we try to have everything completed within 14 days of receipt.
What if MAM Squared Consulting finds a bug in my delivery?
You are responsible for the quality of your deliverable. If we find a bug, you must fix it before we will accept your delivery and issue payment.
What if the MAM Squared Consulting client finds a bug?
We will work with our client to resolve issues within reason. However, depending on the nature of the bug, we may ask that you correct your deliverable. Failure or refusal to fix a bug may result in termination of your agreement with MAM Squared Consulting.
