Aron is recognized among his peers as one of the top experts in the field of Utility Consulting and Oracle Utilities implementations, formerly

. With involvement in many implementations throughout the years, Aron has developed methodologies and techniques that absolutely show results.

Aron started his utilities career as a contractor to Entergy Corporation in 1999 working on a regulated C&I billing system using

LODESTAR's Billing Expert software.

When his contract was complete in 2000, Aron joined LODESTAR Corporation as one of the first people added to the new Professional Services department. During his tenure, he served as subject matter expert and system architect on many implementations including

. Projects ranged from 2-4 person teams up to large, integrator assisted projects with 30-40 team members. Aron left

LODESTAR

in 2006 to pursue a career as an independent contractor.

While continuing to work on Oracle Utilities projects, Aron started MAM Squared Consulting, LLC in 2008 to develop the support structure, tools, and utilities that these implementations most often require to be successful.

Tonny, also a former Oracle/Lodestar employee, joins MAM Squared as our Director of Technology, providing the direction of our products as we transition our focus from services, to the development of our own software platform, the Utility Framework.

Tonny brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Utilities industry and what utility companies need out of their software to help them succeed.
